The journal Food Science and Engineering publishes research articles, letters, comments and reviews that describe food science and food engineering, with particular emphasis on the role of food biotechnology.

We encourage submissions of high quality papers on encompassing the science of food safety and storage, food microbiology and nutrition research, food allergy, food engineering, food packaging as well as environmentally friendly foods.
