The microwave assisted synthesis of 3-Chloro-N-(2-(5-chloro-1-tosyl-1H-benzo [d] imidazol-2-yl) ethyl)-
N-substituted quinoxalin-2-amine derivatives is described. 2,3-dichloro quinoxaline (DCQX), as a starting compound and propargyl bromide, as an efficient alkylating agent are used in the synthesis of N-substituted quinoxalin-2-amine derivatives. We realized that microwave assisted synthesis is efficiently replacing conventional method of synthesis.
