Call for Special Issue Proposal

2022-12-29

Scholars are invited to submit concepts for a special edition of Systematic Bioscience and Engineering (SBE), ISSN: 2737-5765 (Print), 2737-5773 (Online). The growing fields of bioscience study are highlighted in a special issue and, as a result, serve as a perfect forum for gathering and disseminating existing research subjects.

The Role of Guest Editor(s)

The special issue's Lead Guest Editor is at the forefront of scientific communication, encouraging further research within the scope of the journal while gaining editorial experience.

The Guest Editor(s)’s Responsibility:

A. The Guest Editor Must define the scope of research that will be the focus of the special issue and explain how the special issue's expected contribution will advance knowledge in the field.

B. The Guest Editor must also specify the relevant article type to be published (please see SBE's Author Guidelines for more information) and suggest a submission deadline.

C. Suggesting potential reviewers to submissions. A rigorous double-blind peer-review process will be conducted for SBE papers. The Editorial Office will oversee the review process for papers in which the guest editor is one of the authors.

D. Making the final decision for each paper. The journal editor does, however, have the right to reject submissions that do not adhere to publication requirements. The paper would then be transferred to the Editorial Office once it has been accepted. Before online publishing, proofs would be shared with the guest editor.

E. Communicating effectively with the Editorial Office on any stage decision regarding any problems that may delay the publication

F. Respecting the timeline following its discussion both from the Guest Editor(s) and the Editorial Office.

G. Positively promoting the issue, including but not limited to promoting it at conferences, on social media, in the academic community, and to colleagues or other researchers.

Guest Editor(s)' name would be displayed on the web page of this issue and on its print edition.

We understand that your schedule may be hectic; therefore, the Editorial Office will provide adequate assistance with the editorial process, promotional activities, and other related tasks.

Article Processing Fee:
