Water & Wastewater Treatment is to highlight the most recent advancements, challenges, and opportunities in this vital field.  Topics are brought together, from novel treatment technologies and materials to innovative strategies for resource recovery and reuse. 

 

Developing holistic solutions requires interdisciplinary approaches that blend science, technology, policy, and management as the global water crisis intensifies.  Submissions in this Special Issue are encouraged to cover fundamental research and applied studies, offering fresh insights on water and wastewater treatment for a sustainable future.  We aim to get researchers, practitioners, and policymakers to contribute their insights, innovations, and case studies, which may lead to a more resilient and water-secure world.
