Call for Papers - Volume I

Biostatistics Research (BSR) is a peer-reviewed journal devoted to publishing biostatistical theories, models and methods. The journal addresses the experimental design and data analysis in the fields of medicine, public health, biological and agricultural sciences. We consider papers in clinical trials, cohort studies, systematic reviews, epidemiological studies, public health assessments, biometric analysis, and statistical methods in the life sciences that are relevant to researchers and practitioners interested in biostatistics.

 

The journal accepts manuscripts in the format of original research, review and short communication. All submissions must be original material and not under consideration by any other journal. BSR is currently instituting a waiver policy on article processing charges. Although no fee is applied on publication, all submitted manuscripts will undergo a rigorous double-blind peer-review process.

 

Anticipated Publication Schedule

Preliminary assessment: 1 week after manuscript submission

Peer review process: 4-6 weeks

Notification of final acceptance: 2 weeks after revised paper submission

Online publication: 1 week after acceptance
