Intelligent toilet seat applications represent an innovative field within robotics and automation technology. This paper presents several such applications, including an intelligent flushing mechanism, a direct smell-out type seat mechanism, a lift-type seat mechanism, a robotic toilet cleaner, a robotic stool sampler, and a robotic top opener. These systems are also intended for presentation at international innovation exhibitions. While robots are commonly used in industrial fields such as manufacturing, packing, and logistics, their application to intelligent toilet seat systems is a novel development. The technical details of the intelligent control methods used in these closed-loop mechanisms are described, enabling precise operations such as assisting users in saving water, maintaining clean air, standing up, cleaning the seat, collecting stool samples, and automatically opening the lid and seat.
