Article Processing Charge

All articles in Research Reports on Computer Science are published in full open access.

The Article Processing Charge (APC) for papers accepted after peer review is SGD 1,500 (Singapore Dollar). We also accept payments in USD (United States Dollar).
This APC is to cover the costs of peer review, copy editing, language editing, layout editing, long-term archiving, and journal management.
Local VAT or sales tax will be added, if applicable.

Universal Wiser Publisher institutes the waiver policy for Research Reports on Computer Science.

APC will be fully waived for papers published before December 31, 2023.
