It is our pleasure to introduce the new open access journal: Universal Journal of Civil Engineering. It publishes original research papers, review articles, communications, etc. Topics of publications in UJCE include, but are not limited to the following: structural engineering; construction engineering; transportation engineering; geotechnical engineering; earthquake engineering; coastal, harbour and offshore engineering; hydraulic engineering; environmental engineering; construction materials engineering; survey and geo-spatial engineering; municipal and urban engineering; solid mechanics.
