Special Issue Information

 

 

 

 

 

 

Three U.S. economists have been awarded the 2022 Nobel Prize in Economics for "research on banking and financial crises," the Royal Swedish Academy of Sciences announced on Monday (October 10).

 

The recipients are former Federal Reserve Chairman Ben Bernanke, now at the Brookings Institution in Washington, D.C., Douglas Diamond of the University of Chicago, and Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri. Philip Dybvig.

 

To celebrate this event together, we specially invited to Prof. Dr. Yu Hao and create a UJFE special issue "Banking and Financial Crises", which aims to exchange and explore the latest theoretical findings in this field, as well as key challenges and future directions in the field.

This special issue is intended to present high-quality original research articles as well as review articles, short communication, and letters focused on “Banking and Financial Crises”.

 

The scope of this Special Issue includes, but is not limited to:

· Asset Management

· Banking (efficiency, regulation, risk management, solvency);

· Distribution forecast for financial applications;

· Fund management financial market and institutional supervision;

· Risk Management and Analysis

· Systemic risk

· Subprime mortgage crises
