Call for Papers: Volume 5 Issue 1 (2024) - Publish without APC!
Green Building & Construction Economics (GBCE) (ISSN: 2737-5021) is an open access multidisciplinary journal dedicated to research publication in all aspects of sustainability and economics in architecture, construction, property management, smart buildings, building energy consumption, urban planning and other related fields.
Submission Guidelines:
Research manuscripts including articles and reviews that offer results that are particularly novel and important or provide a significant advancement can be submitted through our website at ojs.wiserpub.com/index.php/GBCE/about/submissions or directly via email to our editorial office (editorgbce@universalwiser.com). Please follow the “Submission Guidelines” from our website. Submissions will be reviewed according to GBCE's policy of double-blind peer review by a minimum of two qualified reviewers to evaluate the originality and scientific significance of the manuscript.
GBCE aspires to promote the dissemination of knowledge by publishing reputable articles under the open access licence. Although open access publishing is not without costs, GBCE has instituted a generous waiver policy to help support researchers who are unable to meet the article processing charge (APC). Currently, we offer a full APC waiver to all articles published in GBCE.
Tentative Schedule:
Submission deadline: 25th May 2024
Preliminary assessment: 1 week after manuscript submission
Peer review process: 4-6 weeks
Notification of final acceptance: 2 weeks after revised paper submission
Online publication: 1 week after acceptance
