Prof. Badar Alam Iqbal, Guest Editor of Special Issue "COVID-19 and Regional Development [Economic and Social Development] in Africa, writes an Editorial for this Special Issue. Through this editorial, the researchers may find the special issue as a value addition to the existing literature on the theme. All five papers were received on the different aspects of the theme providing an interesting reading and deeper insight into the issue.
